Every item is made individually for each customer.
This ensures high quality, careful handling, and reduced waste.
Please review all details before placing an order, as production begins shortly after purchase.
🚚 Shipping Information

We currently ship within the United States.
Delivery Time
Orders generally arrive within:
3–7 business days after fulfillment
You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.
🔁 Returns, Replacements & Refunds
Because each item is custom-made, we follow the policies of our fulfillment partner for all returns and replacements.
Defective, Damaged, or Misprinted Items
If your order arrives with:
A print error
Damage
A defect
Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your package.
Your replacement will be covered at no cost after the issue is verified.
Lost Packages
If your package is lost in transit, contact us within 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
Once the loss is confirmed, a replacement will be sent at no charge.
Wrong or Insufficient Address
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the package is returned:
A reshipment fee will apply
We will contact you to confirm the correct address before resending
Unclaimed Packages
If a shipment is unclaimed and returned, reshipment fees apply.
Unclaimed returns are donated to charity after 30 days.
Buyer’s Remorse / Change of Mind
Because each item is custom-made, we do not offer refunds for:
Buying the wrong size
Changing your mind
Disliking the fit, feel, or color
Preferring a different item
Please check size guides carefully before ordering.
Size Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges.
If you need a different size, a new order must be placed.
Health & Hygiene Exceptions
Certain sealed items—for example, face masks—cannot be returned once opened due to hygiene and health safety regulations.
These items are final sale.
📬 Return Address
The return address is automatically assigned to our fulfillment facility.
If an item is returned, we will be notified through our system.
Please contact us before sending anything back so we can guide you through the process.
